IdroEletrika ATEX system (IKA-Ex) is a special range of hot water eco-pressure washers specific for explosive risk areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22.
Most traditional pressure washers on the market heat the water before passing through the pump and the heat lasts for a limited time. The machines of the IKA-Ex family adopt new generation patented reinforced boilers which heat the water after passing through the pump, therefore under high pressure, continuously at a constant temperature with high water flow rates.
Furthermore, frames and panels are made of stainless steel and all main and electrical components have ATEX/Ex certifications.
The machines of the IKA-Ex family are available in fixed (HD) or mobile (4W) versions .
In addition, ATEX certified versions without internal electric boilers are also produced, which can use cold or pre-heated water.
